Modeling Math with Finch Robots
In Modeling Math with Finch Robots, students will discover how to make math move!
*Possible workshop extension into Grade 9-12 trigonometry, however this is limited to specific staffing availability.
What makes a square a square? How is it different than a triangle? Students will model geometry through coding and expand their understanding of concepts like regular polygons and interior vs. exterior angles. Students will use Finch robots to visually represent their ideas and make connections with technology to investigate the beauty and art that we can find in math.
