Visitors will get hands-on at several activity stations to learn about coding and robot technology:
- Hands-on coding and robotics: Visitors can stretch their coding skills by programming a Robot Mouse to spell their name or use Python to guide Finch Robots through a maze. Plus, they'll learn about the practical applications of robotics by viewing up-close an Amazon Hercules Robot, a powerful machine capable of handling heavy loads up to 1,000 pounds in Amazon fulfillment centers.
- “Your Voice is Power” drop-in activities and in-depth workshop combining music and tech for social justice, led by Taking It Global. Guests will have the opportunity to participate in quick coding activities with the option to dive deeper into coding basics through music remixing and engaging discussions on the Indigenous experience in Canada.
