This event offers free family fun for all ages!

- Science World activation table!
- Experience 3D mine modeling with VRIFY and 3D metal printing with BCIT’s Teck Copper Innovation Hub.
- Explore a remote mineral exploration camp with Equity Exploration.
- Learn what’s inside your electronic devices with the Geological Survey of Canada.
- Pan for gold with Yukon Dan, a world champion gold panner.
- See ancient fossils, billion-year-old rocks, and displays from organizations like Britannia Mine Museum, Science World, and Women in Mining BC.
- Meet mascots Buddy the Miner, Betty the Miner, Vancouver Whitecaps FC’s Spike and the Vancouver Canadians’ Bob the Bear.
- Enjoy face painting, balloon twisting, hot chocolate, coffee, popcorn, and cotton candy.
- Activities for younger children include stickers, colouring books, and temporary tattoos.
