Camp In

Your Overnight Stay Includes:

  • Free parking. Please come in to pick up a parking pass. Please do not pay for parking as we are not able to process a refund.
  • Viewing of a Science Theatre film.
  • Hands-on exploration of Science World galleries.
  • An activity option.
  • Evening snacks.
  • Sleeping among Science World exhibits.
  • Morning breakfast the next day.
  • A live science show (science demonstrations).

Camp-In Costs:

  • Cost is $95 + GST per camper (Note: Please be aware that this price may increase after February 2025).
  • One adult free for every five paid campers. Extra Adults pay $47.50 + GST each (Note: please be aware that this price may increase after February 2025).
  • Adult supervision is required on a 1:5 adult to camper ratio.
  • A $1,000 deposit is required within 2 weeks after receiving your Camp-In booking confirmation.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or organization cheque payable to ASTC Science World Society. (Sorry no personal cheques are accepted).
  • Final Payment is due two weeks prior to your Camp-In date.
  • Any outstanding balance, due to additional campers, will require full payment on the date of the Camp-In.

Camp-In Details:

  • A minimum of 100 child campers and 20 supervising adults are required to a maximum of 200 total people.
  • Final confirmation of the number of campers is required 2 weeks prior to the date of the Camp-In.
  • Camp-In registration starts at 6:00pm. Passenger drop off is directly in front of the building.
  • Groups are advised to have dinner before arrival. Groups ordering dinner through Triple O's should arrive at 5:00pm. Let us know if your group will be coming to Triple O's for dinner. Note: The cost of dinner is not included in your Camp-In cost. Prior arrangements and payment for dinner must be made directly with Triple O's.
  • Departure is by 8:30am the following morning.

Deposit is refundable with 8 weeks cancellation notice.
