Come join us at the Kamloops Community Science Celebration on Saturday, June 1 to explore the Science in YOUR community!
At the end of a week of school visits in the community by the fantastic On The Road team, Science World is excited to share their science presentations and more with scientists of all ages at this free public event.
We will be joining local exhibitors and our hosts Big Little Science Centre to present interactive exhibits and presentations from 10:30am-4pm, including shows and activities throughout the day. Additionally, we will be hosting a special teens-only workshop presented by Girls and STEAM May 31st .
This hands on workshop will provide participants ages 11+ the opportunity to work closely with STEAM organizations and learn more about what opportunities a career in STEAM can open up!
