Science World Beyond the Dome
Did you know that your visit to Science World starts outside the gates?
The TD Trail starts near the front entry at the famous Tower of Bauble, where billiard balls ascend a clear two-storey tower and then clang, bang, clink, and chime their way back down.
Farther along the trail, you can check the numbers on the bike-lane counters (keeping track of the thousands of cyclists who whiz past Science World every day) and look at the Hidden Waters exhibit revealing the vast network of pipes that create an unseen waterway beneath Metro Vancouver.
And of course you have to get a selfie with Garbozilla, our life-sized T. Rex made entirely of recycled junk, at the northwest corner of the building. Be sure to tag us @scienceworldca when you post your awesome photo!
