How to Send an e-Gift Card in 3 Easy Steps

Here's how to do it in 3 simple steps:

Step 1: Choose your gift card amount or enter a custom amount (see below) in the Other field.

Step 2: Add a personalized message to let them know what you gifted them.

Step 3: Choose the ideal delivery time, and you're set to give the gift of science!

Loved ones can use their gift card for admissions, memberships, or in-store shopping. Just a heads-up: while e-gift cards aren’t redeemable at the online store or TripleO's, they can grab a snack or cozy drink at our Snack Lab! 

Gift Card FAQs

Do you have digital gift cards? Yes, online purchases are for E-Gift Cards.

How does the recipient receive their E-gift card? Before processing payment, you will be asked to enter the recipients name and email address. Once payment is complete an E-Gift Card will be sent directly to them.

Is the E-Gift Card sent right away? You can choose to have the E-Gift Card sent immediately or you can choose to have it delivered at a later date?

I purchased an E-Gift Card, but I entered the recipients email incorrectly, how can I fix it? Please email [email protected] one of our team members will assist you as soon as possible.

Can gift cards be purchased at Science World? Yes, physical gift cards can be purchased from our lobby team. Please note: Doors close 15 minutes before closing time.

Can I buy a physical gift card, and have it mailed to a recipient? No, we are no longer mailing gift cards. Physical gift cards can only be purchased in-person. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What amount can be put on a gift card? You can load any amount over $10 on to a gift card.

Can I load a gift card with the exact cost of general admission or an annual membership? Yes, if you need assistance calculating the exact cost of admission/memberships you can email [email protected]; our team can send you our current prices.
