Do I need to book my visit in advance?
No. Science World has returned to full capacity and timed-ticketing is no longer in effect. Members and visitors are still welcome to book their visit online if they choose.
Is it still possible to purchase tickets online?
Yes, Members and visitors can buy tickets online or by clicking “Buy Tickets” at the top right-hand navigation menu on our website.
How long does it take to visit Science World?
We recommend at least 2 hours to explore all of Science World. Please check our hours of operation before booking your tickets to ensure you have enough time to visit before we close for the day.
Does everyone need a ticket?
Children 2 and under get in free and do not require a ticket.
The following Coupons, Passes, and Discounts can only be applied in-person.
Please note that coupons, passes and other discounts have no cash value and cannot be applied to the cost of a Membership. Offers above are not valid for group or school bookings and cannot be applied to After Dark or Twilight Tuesday Tickets.
Tickets purchased through Tiqets, Vancouver Attractions, or any other 3rd party vendor cannot be upgraded to a Science World Membership.
If you have a pass, coupon or other discount that is not listed above, please contact [email protected] for assistance. For faster service, please include clear pictures of the front and back of the pass, coupon or other discount.
Do I need to print my tickets?
No. Upon arrival, simply present the tickets attached to your confirmation email from your mobile device. You may also present a print out of your tickets but this is not necessary.
How long can I stay at Science World?
Please keep your visit within a maximum of 3 hours.
How can I request a refund?
All ticket sales are final and we will not be able to process any refunds.
How can I reschedule my visit?
We encourage you to purchase your tickets on arrival at Admissions if you are unsure about the specific date or time you want to visit. Please email [email protected] if you require assistance.
